Our service desk, which is based at our Stafford office, monitors the performance of our units, part of our customer-first focus ethos. Assistance is on hand 24/7, 365 days of the year through our dedicated National Technical Support Team, which can be contacted on 0333 320 26 20 (Option 2).
Our state-of-the-art bodywork, repair and refurbishment centre of excellence is a hive of activity. With dedicated workshops and paint room, our team efficiently upgrades all appropriate units’ technology and refrigerants. This ensures that our customers benefit from units that are as good as new.
Conveniently located in Tuxford, our centre of excellence also has a recently expanded, secure yard. This is where both new and upgraded units are safely stored until they are despatched to customers’ sites. It is an efficient, customer-orientated approach to business that strengthens our blossoming reputation.
