Out of Hours service strengthened

The Blue Cube service desk that leading Out of Hours provided TNS 365 will run during these times.

Blue Cube (PCS) is always looking into ways to further improve the all-round customer experience for our clients. Many clients operate around the clock; often across multi-sites around the United Kingdom. It is therefore essential that we are on hand and available to respond to any service concerns our clients raise.

What happens during a working day?

Throughout standard working hours, our service desk is permanently attended. The service desk liaises with our extensive in-house team of refrigeration engineers. This ensures all calls are responded to as quickly as can be achieved. Our ability to dial-in remotely to any customers' units who either have our exclusive Ultra Range or have opted in if they have older units, means many service issues can be resolved there and then, without requiring our engineers to visit site.

What happens at the weekend or out of hours?

Blue Cube is delighted to have appointed a new out of hours specialist TNS 365 Ltd to enhance our service. For all intents and purposes, interaction will be identical for our customers as it is throughout normal office hours (0830-1730, Monday-Friday.) As TNS 365's director Adam comments:

“We’re excited to bring Blue Cube onboard as another new customer from within the cold chain industry. We will be providing out of hours call handling for Blue Cube with the aim of continuing their close customer relationships and great customer service into the night and on weekends. TNS 365 will offer Blue Cube a host of live KPI information via our custom-built dashboard, in order for them to learn more about their out of hours activities and help them make strategic decisions in the future. We feel information is key to growth and we’re excited that team Blue Cube have the same mindset.”
