At Blue Cube, we’re experts in blast freezing and portable cold storage solutions. Our products are trusted by leading names in Food & Beverage and Logistics and with demand growing, we’re expanding our sales team.
We’re looking for a technically minded, commercially confident Regional Sales Manager to develop new business and grow existing accounts along the M62 corridor.
This is a field-based role supported by a collaborative and supportive team, reporting directly to our Head of Sales and offering uncapped earning potential through commission.

What you’ll do
✓ Win new business and manage existing accounts in your region
✓ Build strong, long-term relationships with customers
✓ Identify and convert opportunities across our core and new product lines
✓ Deliver a consultative sales experience built on trust and value
✓ Track activity and maintain a healthy pipeline through accurate CRM updates
✓ Represent Blue Cube at key industry events and exhibitions
✓ Collaborate closely with colleagues across sales, operations and customer service
✓ Consistently meet – and aim to exceed – monthly targets
What you’ll bring
✓ At least 3 years’ experience in technical sales
✓ Background in capital equipment rental/sales strongly preferred
✓ Sector experience in Food & Beverage, Pharma or Logistics highly desirable
✓ Knowledge of refrigeration of HVAC systems a real advantage
✓ Confidence working independently and as part of a close-knit team
✓ A genuine interest in building lasting customer relationships
✓ A full clean UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the M62 region, including visits to our workshop in Tuxford and HQ in Stafford
